Today
Today was good. Bad part was, I'm down with flu, AGAIN. Can't believe it.
Anyway, reached school super early, at like 6.05. Was planning to go to school on my own but my dad offered to drive like usual so... You get the idea.
Practiced in class when more came. Track and Specs Stand were wet so we changed from field to hall. Good 'cause you can't see the people behind, bad 'cause the teachers never got their chance to sit on the track. On chairs, of course.
Whole class sat at back of hall, then we stand-ed by during the second "Don't Forget the Lyrics: Teachers' Edition". While waiting to go backstage, we were all singing along with the students and English Department who did the "This love is taking its toll on me...". When the whole class cheered for Ms Praba, she um... covered her face with her hand and looked away. Haha Ms Praba's so tall you could spot her easily among the other teachers. [: Finally someone sang "Love Story", and there was "Money Money Money" by Maths. Had quite a good time.
Performance was good, even with a few mistakes that were quickly corrected. Haha watch what you say. Phew, finally over. After the celebration, we took a class photo with Ms Praba. :)
During Maths lesson, we kind of took the time to cut the cake. Ms Rockey came first, then the scince teachers and then Ms Praba. Ms Lim suddenly said that Ms Rockey blames them for taking up her period and wants to take it back, causing all of us to protest loudly. Then Ms Rockey said, "Girls, we were just joking." Goodness knows we've had the giving and taking of periods way too often. Xp They were supposed to blow out just one candle, but Ms P and Ms Lee blew out 2 by acccident. Then Ms P was supposed to cut the cake, but she left some for the others to cut, so Ms Lee cut it a li'l deeper and Ms Lim didn't leave any for Ms Rockey, so Ms Rockey cut it further into the cake. The whole issue was real cute.
When the teachers left, Ms Rockey complimented us on being united as one class, saying how proud she was and how she told Ms Poore that we are her Maths class. Hence, Maths was left for us to celebrate. Mr Jega didn't come today, so we played basketball on our own. Finally managed to shoot in. Then we had recess, and had everything like normal.
Oh, then was Lit. When Ms P asked us to do the significanc of Act 3 Scene 1, we took the opportunity to get her to fold the, her big crane using a majong paper. Cheryl convinced her, and Nicole Yue and I 'taught' her. Once she signed it, we gave the other 999 cranes. 998, actually since Selina's was missing. We tried to put her big one into the big teddy bear box, but we had to bend it a little. So now she has 999 cranes and can only make her wish on Wednesday. Haha Ms P asked what would happen if she wished for all of us to disappear and told us that she was glad we had at least learned the meaning of symbolism and "I like notes. Oh wait I'm getting too nice!>:(" Really hope she truly likes the gift, likes the cranes. Ms Praba is part of this class.

ps. I can hear someone from the next block playing "Nobody", it's super loud. Doesn't sound like korean version though. I hope it's not my imagination...
