Post-Prelims: ODAC once again
Prelims ended yesterday. But of course it's not the end yet.
After Bio paper, Xianzhi, Amanda and I decided to head home first before joining the rest, since we had so much time to spare. Amanda followed me back to Bishan, 'cos her house is too inaccessible. So she came over, we changed out of our uniforms and ate some of my mum's homemade mooncakes, let my sis act cute in front of her, then we left for Joaquin's house.
The LAN guys - Jiaji, Kaifeng, Yaozhi, Nicholas, Joaquin, Haoyang, Yonghao, Sherman - plus Xianzhi, were there too. But Rhine and Weiliang had some Chungcheng Lantern Festival so they weren't there. Amanda and I played with Haoyang's iPad for a while, before watching the guys play mahjong. Haha now I believe that Joaquin's from a Chinese-educated family. Xiuyun came awhile after.
Left for dinner (FINALLY) and we met Dawn and Shuqi on the way to Old Airport! Haha we thought it was them, then we had second thoughts, but turns out it really was them. The guys say that Dawn and Shuqi looked a bit too tall to be them, but once Xiuyun stands beside them, their height returns back to normal. Hahaha the new Xiuyun Effect, which states that anyone who stands beside Xiuyun will seem x-1 shorter. Hahaha haiz, we all love you Xiuyun. :) Our Secretary :)
Then Simin came, so the 6 of us girls sat at a table while the guys sat at the long table behind us. Haha we just ordered dishes and everyone shared. Must say, it's a first for me with friends! Usually I'm too shy hahaha, but I was trying to maintain being outgoing and really fully enjoy such a rare day. Been wayyyyyy too long since we've had dinner together. :)
And now I know better where I stand in ODAC. :)))

P.S. So glad that we'll get to see Abby every sunday from now on :) until past Christmas that is. :)
